About Jamie

Hello! My name is Jamie Hamon. I am a proud wife, mother, daughter and photographer.

Although I have briefly lived in New Mexico, Colorado and Missouri, I am a native Oklahoman. I now live in beautiful Branson, Missouri with my enthusiastic and high-energy daughters, Kenzie Rae and Kaislee Grace, and my extremely supportive and patient husband, Bob and our playful and smart dog, Bristol. 

Prior to making photography my full time career, I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Oklahoma State University. But because someone wise (wink, wink) once told me "Find something you LOVE to do and then find someone to pay you to do it", I changed career paths and could not be happier!

I focus on photographing babies, children, couples, families, animals and WEDDINGS! It is my passion to capture those special giggles, that sweet, sleepy baby or that everlasting loving kiss to preserve those memories that will be cherished by your family for years. 

I do not focus on one type of image creation. I love to bring out vibrant colors, hazy overlays, black and white, light leaks and Lomo effects. I love capturing images with different backgrounds, whether it is a sunny, grassy field or architecture and city sky scrapers.
